So what are your favorite Batman moments.
Mine, note spoilers are in Red.
1.Over The Edge; the opening plot arch: If you've seen this episode, you know what I'm talking about. It was shocking, it made me love dark stories, and had an important influence on who I am today. And if you don't know, Batgirl's one of my favorite characters. To have on of my favorite characters killed off in the begining of the episode was shocking, even though I knew she had to come back. It still sends chills up my spine just thinking about her slamming into Gordon's car and then dying on the pavement.
2.Nothing To Fear; "I am not a disgrace, I am Vengance, I am the Night; I am Batman!", The first time a line ever gave me chills in my life.
3.Mask Of Th Phantasm; Joker's laugh at the end, He's been my favorite character ever since I first heard that laugh.
4.Demons Quest; I was scared as hell when Al Ghul's hand lifted into the screen at the end, I'd had a lot of nightmares like that ever sence, but it also marked when I became a fan of Al Ghul's.
5.Growing Pains; as Batman put it, "Sometimes there are no happy endings."
Never start with the head; the victim gets all fuzzy!

1. robin's reckoning part 1: where bruce explains to dick that the pain lessens, but it never goes away; and that bruce will help him go through it. i thought that was really cool; it was a side of batman we dont really see. but it shows his real reason of being batman. he doesnt want anyone else to endure the pain he once had.
and thats the batman i've come to know. the batman in all stars just scared me. i hope robin becomes the light on the dark side of him. like a son to a father.
2. never fear: holy crap! i loved it so much. batman was fearless and almost killed a few guys. he was reckless. as cool as that is, its not as cool as seeing robin take down batman cuz he knew there was something wrong. go robin!
3. legends of the dark knight: whats better than seeing the old 40's batman and DKR wrapped in one?
4. epilogue (of JLU): this deserves to be up with robin's reckoning, but i'm too lazy to cut and paste. lol. but yea...it was awesome to see terry realize that his mentor was his biological father. probably tore him, but i'm sure he knew it all along when he became batman himself.

mine would be Epilogue at the end of the episode, when you see the police helicopter driving, and then you see Terry as Batman fly right in front of it and the policeman said did you see that, and the music was playing. ,and another favorite of mine favorite, Batman moments is Never Fear when Batman and Robin are fighting the bad guys, and they shooting at Batman and he is jumping away from the Bullets.

There are too many moments I love to even list!!
*spoilers*
I really loved Over the Edge too!!! I was completely shocked through the whole episode!! When they showed batgirl smash into the car I couldn't believe they could put that in a cartoon. I don't think they'd do that now in a cartoon. The entire story was amazing though. But I wish they would have had a scene with Batman telling Nightwing that Batgirl was dead. But other than that the episode was told great!!!
I liked in Old Wounds when Dick throws his mask and cape at Batman and quits.
On Growing Pains where robin finds out the girl was just part of clayface and at the end after Batman says "sometimes there are no happy endings" And officer says "We'll book him on the robberies and B & E, right? Anything else?" Then Robin says " Yeah, murder" That made me cry.
I love Mad Love too!!! The end was so sad. I think it made me cry too. There's been a few episodes of batman tas and justice league that made me cry. The Terror Beyond, where Grundy dies, The end of Savage Time where Wonder Woman goes to see Steve Trevor in the retirment home, and Hereafter were all JL episodes hat made me cry. And if you knew me, you'd know I barely ever cry, and for a cartoon to be so good it makes me cry is amazing to me.
On a lighter side, I just watched Harlequinade and I love the song she sings!! Its so funny. Here's a link to the song I found if you haven't heard it or or want to here it again: http://anbat.toonzone.net/music/harlequinade-stwsha.htm
I'm sure there are many more moments I love, and when I remember I'll list them.

It would be impossible to list the favourite moments, there are just so many - however;
What about the OPENING CREDITS!?
Round about 1990 I lost interest in Batman - I just sort of drifted away (I remember I saw the 1st movie at the cinema and that was around the time of me leaving).
I got chatting to someone at work about 10 years later and I mentioned that I used to buy ALL the comics etc. He said "have a look at this" and it was a video of 4 episides of BTAS. I watched the opening credits and I was HOOKED! The music, the darkness, the Fleischer/noir imagery; It INSTANTLY took me right back. It was dark and grim and just perfect! I absolutely fell in love with it and it was the thing that got me back into the whole Batworld. No matter how many times I watch them now, I ALWAYS watch the opening credits.
They're all excellent - even the ones that are generally regarded as below par are totally watchable. The plan for these shows was for them to be regarded as "mini movies" and it's a perfect description. The TVs in B&W, GCPD Zeppelins, the Deco skyline and dingy Crime Alley ? brilliant!
ALMOST GOT 'IM is probaly my favourite - the setting and dialogue is excellent. The barbed chit chat between the assorted villains playing cards at the Stacked Deck is priceless. I remember I once read a review of this episode and it was referred to as a "cliche" - I was SO angry!
PERCHANCE TO DREAM is another special episode ? just all of it! The whole thing about ?what if???? etc. Great stuff!
READ MY LIPS is really spookily done. It?s brilliantly disturbing ? the measly little man with the vicious dummy Scarface calling the shots ? go figure! They captured that one perfectly.
Episodes I wasn?t potty on include BEWARE THE GRAY GHOST ? if you take the obvious out of that story/episode, I thought it was largely quite weak ? but now I?m nit-picking!
The most fabulous animated series ever created.

And on subject of Batman TAS favourite moments, although it's technically Superman TAS, the triple bill "World's Finest" in Superman series 2, where Joker and Harley temporarily kidnap Lex is one of the very best bits!
The chatting and dialogue between Joker and Lex is marvellous! The rivalry and resentment between each of them is fantastically portrayed. But when Joker says "Gimme $1m and i'll kill Superman", Lex has to listen!
I've mentioned elsewhere on BatmanYTB forums that this was Mark Hamill's finest moment - I stand by it!

AND giving Robin a much cooler appearance by doing away with those pixie boots! Superhero sidekicks should look the part!

"Over the edge" - Totally fooled me...drew me in and then body slammed me to the floor.
"Judgment Day" - Again, this episode totally knocked me off my seat by fooling me completely. Powerful.
"Mystery of the Batwoman" - easily noe #2 best of the Bat movies with me...total Bane badness.
"Knight Time" - Dang...only JLU and Batman Beyond comes close to matching the intensity of this episode. A++++++++
"Batman Superman Worlds Finest" - Joker/Harley/Lex/Bats/Supes...who could ask for more. PHAT.

Fight Like A ROBOT!!!
