I think Paul Giamatti would be excellent for The Ventriloquist. He seems to be a pretty popular fan choice. |

Cross out Daniel Craig as Maroni
Black Mask-Daniel Craig (James Bond Casino Royal *2006*)
Joker-Hayden Christensen (Star Wars 2-3, Anikian) *Act/look Heath style* I can live with Craig as Black Mask, but Haydne is just a horrid choice for Joker. He doesnt look anything like heath nor is his acting anywhere near as good. He's a very poor actor, very poor. Im sorry to say.

Damon? I doubt he would do it. Firefly isnt exactly a big villain nor is he a very interesting villain. I can kind of see it though, but im sure theres a better choice.

Hush really isnt that great a villain IMO, i dont want to see him in any movies, nor do i want to see Damon in a batman movie. Yeah, he's a good actor, but something about him bugs me.

Edward Norton as Edward Nashton (would go by the name "Edward Nygma", and named by the media as 'the Riddler"
Gene Hackman as Jarvis Tetch (would dress up as the Mad Hatter and have a fetish for young blonde girls.. yes, he would be a pedo...)
Joaquin Phoenix as Roman Sionis/Black Mask (got this idea off a fan-made poster)

i dont think joaquin is a good choice 4 black mask he doesnt have the build and dont think he could pull it off. And if everyone will remember heath was not a popular fan choice and he was amazing so just because they are a fan pick doesnt mean they are best 4 the roll.

My 2¢ on villains for any future Batman films from Chris Nolan and his team . . .
I'm kinda hoping they don't recast Joker, and not just because it could be seen as a slap in the face to Heath Ledger and his loved ones. As great as the character is and as many more stories as they could write for him, Heath's performance just felt complete to me. I wouldn't have changed a thing about the character's portrayal or the amount of screentime he got -- true, he wasn't as well-funded as Mr. J was in the comics or Tim Burton's Batman (e.g. no Joker-brand helicopter or chem factory), but in terms of building the character, I think DK did pretty much everything it needed to do extremely well.
Also, I don't think there are any actors alive who could play Joker nearly as well. Johnny Depp and Crispin Glover are definitely extremely good actors and can be made to look the part, but I think Heath created a definitive portrayal of the character that can't be successfully replicated -- you'd have more luck trying to recast Captain Jack Sparrow in a future Pirates film!
As for Harley Quinn, I have a hard time seeing how she could work unless they do decide to recast the Joker. But if they take that route, I think a way to bring her in could be to make her like the women who worshipped Charles Manson and formed a cult around him -- she could be a crazed Joker fangirl who decides to emulate him in the hope that he'll take her on as his apprentice or something like that. I agree with several other fans that Kristen Bell would be a great Harley if they decide to put her in the films.
Clearly, they could do even more Scarecrow and Zsasz in future films. But on the other hand, Batman conquered his fear in BB, and as a result, Scarecrow was nowhere near as much of a threat in DK. So his role will likely shrink even more if they keep him in future films.
I'd love to see Bane, Riddler, and Penguin in future films, but I can't really see any of them as being the 'main' villain for a movie unless they make Penguin even more bureaucratically powerful -- maybe almost like the Kingpin of Marvel Comics. Philip Seymour Hoffman would be great in the role, and I'd love to see either David Tennant or Johnny Depp as the Riddler, as long as they find some new spin on the character so he won't be a Joker-clone or too similar to Jim Carrey. (Personally, I'm hoping for David; Johnny might be a bit too well-known now for a role like that.) And for Bane . . . hopefully not some pro-wrestler or UFC champ; I want someone who can act.
Catwoman . . . I have a hard time seeing how they could make her a credible adversary to Batman unless they make her even more like a female version of him -- psychologically scarred in her youth by some major tragedy and such. And I can't really see the filmmakers having Bale's Batman beating up on a lady, so they may need to find a different angle to tell her story. I'm not sure who could play her, though; it depends on what kind of character they decide to create.
