The Batman TV series wasn't playing on the ABC affiliate in Biljo's town, so he traveled an hour or so down the road, rented a hotel room, and watched it there! Biljo's whimsical tale of his journey to view the debut of Batman is the highlight of the issue, but there's plenty more, including the first photo-cover from the series, sweetened with some Biljo artwork, and two offset-printed "Bat-Photos" of Adam West and Burt Ward. 28 pages.
