Profile:

After his release from prison, criminal Paul Strobe plotted revenge against his former business partners: Hayes, Jenkins, and Barker. Strobe invented atomic goggles which give him extraordinary abilities, he then begun his revenge scheme. Batman interfered, but Atomic Man escaped. When the crook strikes again, he uses his goggles to make Batman's cowl transparent, but the Caped Crusader anticipated the move and covered his face with make-up to protect his identity. Finally, Batman defeated Strobe and his gang and brought them to justice.
