Season Two, which is subtitled “Invasion” starts where Season One ended. With both teams on the Watch tower discussing the events that have unfolded. Then we move forward in time by 5 years. Robin has become Nightwing, and there is a new Robin in town. Batgirl, Wondergirl, Blue Beetle and more have joined the team while Kid Flash and Artemis have retired. We learned that Aqualad is now a traitor and working for his father, Black Manta. We also learn that the Light is working with an alien race and that they have been invading Earth for years.

Put all this together and you have a making for a great show! And that’s what we have. It amazes me how DC and Warner Brothers can produce these awesome animated shows, however when it comes to Live Action, they are far behind.

Overall this is a must for any DC fan. While it is aimed at a younger audience, Young Justice is a joy for fans of all ages and will go down as one of the best superhero series.
