Claude Martian

Claude was a detective who passed himself off as a human but secretly was serially killing other metahumans because their presence caused him headaches and grave pain. He transferred from the Bludhaven Police Department to New Gotham to supposedly track the killer, and later, when confronted with the crimes he had committed, killed himself rather than spend a lifetime in prison.
