PLOT:
Deathstroke manages to get the jump on the girls, causing them to crash through the window and into the training center, sparking a battle between the Daughters of Cain and Ravager, Marque and Batgirl. Batgirl and Ravager go for
Deathstroke but both girls are easily manipulated by the killer and caught off guard by his attacks. Meanwhile, Marque continues her killing spree, killing off the Daughters of Cain one by one with her swords and etching each death into her body with a blade afterward.
Losing the battle, Deathstroke fears the risk of exposure so he triggers the C-4 hidden in the walls causing an explosion which demolishes the building and destroys any trace of the army Slade and Cain had been building. Dusting themselves off outside the wreckage, Batgirl and the others believe that Wilson must have fled so they go their separate ways with Batgirl staying closer to the
demolition site. By staying nearby she finds that Wilson hasn't gone far and uses
miniature Bat-mics to pick up a phone conversation he's having with Cain. David Cain, obviously mad at the set back worries about being able to convince their
investors to continue donating to their cause so he talks about making a move that will shock the super-hero community and impress his facilitators. Wilson decides that he too is parting ways at this juncture and calls it quits, heading off into the night leaving
Batgirl to wonder what Cain meant.
Cass meets up with Sal again at the coffee bar and the two begin to strike up a kinship. But before the date can progress too much further, Cassandra receives a phone call from Oracle telling her about the results
of her blood tests. Marque's DNA is a near exact match for hers making the two blood sisters. After the brief cellphone conversation it dawns on Cassandra exactly what kind of attack would shock the entire super-hero community -
one made on Oracle herself! Cass cuts short her date with Sal and begins making her way towards Platinum Flats to save Barbara and confront David Cain!
