PLOT:
Forerunner has attacked Jason Todd and Donna Troy under orders of a Monitor. She is defeating the pair until a Monitor shows up to stop her. He reveals that her people were bred by the Monitors to act as their weapons. He is stopping her because she and another Monitor have gone too far in trying to erase anomalies such as Jason Todd. The Monitor leaves with Todd and Troy, leaving Forerunner on Earth. She feels she has dishonored the Monitors and vows to remain on Earth until they want her. She is being watched by Monarch who tells himself he has a use for her.

Jimmy Olsen returns to Suicide Slum to the building Sleez died in. He is trying to understand his and Lightray's deaths, his dream of being part of the Source Wall and his super powers that have appeared and disappeared.

Holly Robinson has been living on the street in Suicide Slum. Someone appears to offer her a place to stay.

Karate Kid has been released from his cell but is still being held on the JLA satellite. Until they know why he has come back to the 21st century, the JLA and JSA want to keep an eye on him.
