The Rogues (and Trickster) arrive at the private workshop of their tailor Gambi to find that the 'New Rogues' have begun moving in on their territory and the new kids aren't playing
by the rules.
Beaten and left for dead next to a flaming effigy of Captain Cold's sister, Gambi hands over a familiar looking mirror left behind by the 'New Rogue' named Mirror-Man. Speaking to them through the mirror,
Chill (Captain Cold's apparent replacement) relays a message from Libra. If the Rogues do not join Libra's Secret Society, the New Rogues will kill Captain Cold's father.
Cold, not particularly a big fan of his father in the first place, decides that the Rogues need to step up regardless. Angry over the new kids' neglect for the rules of the game, Cold vows to track the New Rogues
down and kill them all one by one and then kill his father himself.
Tracing the refraction back to it's point of origin, Mirror Master is able to transport all of the Rogues directly to the location of the New Rogues. There they teach the kids that having a costume does not
make you a Rogue. The Old Rogues kill off each of the New Rogues in appropriately brutal ways and Snart heads in to confront his kidnapped father.
Cold's dad blames him for the death of his sister and says that Cold is just as weak as his mother was. After punching his father in the jaw, Snart leaves the killing honors to Heat-Wave who dispatches Cold's father
in torrent of flames. The death doesn't leave Snart feeling any better but it does allow him to move onto their next task - find Inertia and get revenge.
While the Rogues head out to track down Inertia, someone is already one step ahead of them. Piper seems to have tracked Inertia and Zoom's vibrational patterns to a specific location and prepares to get his own
vengeance. But within those vibrational planes of existence, traveling at the speed of sound, Zoom continues training Inertia and urging him to put on the Kid Flash costume. But it isn't Zoom who wants Inertia to don
the Kid Flash outfit - it's Libra.
It seems as though Libra has already cut his losses from the New Rogues and moved onto a second plan. With the Flashes being such an integral part of the past Crisis, Libra wants the Rogues (and their lifetimes of
experience in battling the Speedsters) on his side. He wants them to Kill Kid Flash again!
And if they refuse? While Captain Cold may not have been particularly close to his father, there is yet another Rogue much more easily manipulated. Libra has kidnapped Weather Wizard's son. Should the Rogues refuse
him again, the kid will die!
