PLOT:
The spotlight is on Liberty Belle, who is the daughter of Johnny Quick and the original Liberty Belle. As a child her father tried to get her to learn the math formula he used to get super speed. Her mother was against Johnny's methods and ideas and they divorced while she was still young.

While in college she mastered the formula and worked with the JSA. Her father died protecting her from another speedster and she later gave up the speed to the Flash when he needed it battling Zoom. Currently in the JSA she has her mom's powers.

In the present day, the JSA is chasing Zoom and he leads them into Georgia. Damage isn't allowed into Georgia since he lost control of powers after first getting them and blew up part of Atlanta. He wants to continue into the state because Zoom is the one that ruined his face. He takes off into Georgia and takes Zoom hostage. Liberty Belle volunteers to go in and talk to him to calm him down. The JSA is concerned he may blow up and damage more of Atlanta.

She is able to calm him down, giving Zoom a chance to escape from him. At super speed, Zoom throws something at Damage but Liberty Belle calls on her own dormant speed to save him and take down Zoom.
