PLOT:
The two Flash, Wally and Jay, are running on the cosmic treadmill to check on the Earth-22 Superman's claim that the multiverse still exists. Jay briefly gets a glimpse of another Earth before they reach where the treadmill's old readings identify the old Earth-2 was, which is now empty. They slow down and return to their own Earth.

The JLA and JSA are checking the new Superman and every test confirms his identity. Batman thinks they should help him return home but no one knows how to accomplish this. Starman can't return him without knowing where he should go. Superman ends their discussion by telling them his Earth is gone. The JSA lets him stay in their headquarters while he decides what to do.

Days later the JSA tracks down one of their legacy heroes, the new Judomaster, fighting the Ketsueki-Senshi - super-powered, Yakusa-hired killers. Judomaster is Sonia Sato. Her father was a former assassin working for the Yakusa who was killed when he tried to leave their employment because he found out he had a daughter. She has the meta-human ability of not being able to be directly hit by a weapon or person. The JSA arrive in time to help with clean up as the authorities take Judomaster away because of her violent display.

Back at the JSA HQ, the Earth-22 Superman has a private talk with Power Girl. Him showing up has caused her to miss her cousin Superman even more and he hopes they can become close like family.

FBI Agent Julie Adams has called in Jeff Graves to investigate the recent appearance of Chroma's corpse. Former agent, Graves was fired when he was caught alerting his former partner Trey Thompson to crimes which the FBI was investigating. Thompson is dead of course now and Graves has stepped in to fill his shoes as Mr. America.
