PLOT:
Jakeem Thunder returns to the team to find that it's gained a few members - namely Wildcat and Judomaster who are about to test out their skills while engaging in a boxing match. But the team looks to expand even further.

Power Girl and Earth-22 Superman travel to New Orleans to recruit Amazing Man who has been helping his fledgling city deal with it's constant battles against crime in the inner-city. In Chicago, Mr. Terrific, Stargirl, and Cyclone agree to train Jennifer Pierce, daughter of JLA member Black Lightning. Jennifer's teen angst is only complicated by the fact that she can't touch anything electrical without emitting a huge charge of electricity. In Northern Afghanistan, Alan Scott, Jay Garrick, and Hawkman recruit Lance Corporal David Reid, the great-grandson of Franklin D. Roosevelt, the man who brought the JSA together in the first place. FDR's grandson is apparently one of many meta humans serving in the armed forces as he discovered an ability to shoot plasma bursts through a unique arm piece during his mission fighting terror.

But one un-official member of sorts, the new Mr. America (Jeffrey Graves) has been investigating the murder of meta humans with god complexes. The Heartbreak Slayer has been taking out what he deems to be false gods in the name of someone or something called "Gog." Graves heads to New York to see if anyone in the Justice Society has ever heard of Gog...
