PLOT:
As Sandman, Sandy Hawkins is able to track down serial killers by connecting to their brains in his sleep. But Power Girl needs him to track down Gog a different way - by analyzing some of the volcanic ash left behind when Gog escaped from the Supermen earlier.

Back from said battle, Superman of Earth-22 stresses how important it is to stop this Earth's Gog before the travesty that befell Earth-22 happens on New Earth. Everyone seems to agree and they begin to organize their attack into waves. Unfortunately during the discussion, Jennifer Pierce accidentally comes into contact with one of Mr. Terrific's T-Spheres causing a massive electrical surge knocking out the power. Using the black out to his advantage, Gog teleports directly into the Justice Society's chamber with Sandman impaled on his staff.

Gog begins attacking the Society and his attacks only increase in intensity when he recognizes Earth-22 Superman as the man who failed to stop the destruction on that Earth. The battle takes the team through the walls of the headquarters and onto the streets outside where Citizen Steele narrowly saves Wildcat and Liberty Belle from an oncoming bus.

The team is able to subdue Gog somewhat and take his staff away from him at one point allowing Amazing Man to absorb it's powers and use them to attack Gog. Although the attack is strong enough to harm Gog it only makes him angrier and he grabs both Superman and Amazing Man and holds them up, preparing to kill them both.

Deciding it was time to up their efforts, Green Lantern and Obsidian opt for more powerful supercharged armor (resembling those of their Earth-22 counterparts).
