PLOT:
The good Doctor Jonathan Crane has returned to his practice following his most recent stint in Arkham and has begun advising one of his patients, a shy girl named Lindsay, to confront her fears.

Following Dr. Crane's advice, Lindsay hesitantly accepts an invitation to a party at the house of the coolest girl in school, Heather. It seems however, Lindsay had very good reason for not trusting Heather as it turns out that the plastic queen bee has set up the evening as a prank on Lindsay. By hiding a small camera in the bed room, Heather planned on humiliating Lindsay when she went upstairs with the high school jock Jack for a rigged game of 'Seven Minutes in Heaven.'

Fortunately (or is that unfortunately) for Lindsay, her doctor decided to pay a house call. While Lindsay is uncovering the hidden camera and confronting Jack about it, Scarecrow is downstairs preying on the worst nightmares of the teenagers. Before Jack can fully explain to Lindsay that he was not in on the prank, Scarecrow bursts into the room and exposes Jack's claustrophobia using his fear toxin.

As Batman arrives on the scene, Scarecrow urges Lindsay to crush her enemy Heather - a girl who had long since used the social fears of others to maintain control of those around her. In the end, Lindsay decides to use the hidden camera to knock Scarecrow out so that Batman can take him back to Arkham.

A while later, after everything had been settled, Lindsay invites Jack on a date. Impressed by Lindsay's new found confidence, Jack follows Lindsay to a local graveyard and thanks her for having believed him and forgiven him for the awful prank. Little does Jack know - Lindsay is not so quick to forgive. As Jack closes his eyes and waits for a sweet surprise, Lindsay takes out a container of her old doctor's fear toxin and prepares to douse him and cause the claustrophobic jock to fall into an open grave.
