I would say either allison mack or reese witherspoon but that all depends on if harley is in the sequel or not. If anything she'll appear as harley quinzel not the harley we know. maybe she'll appear as a disgruntled worker from arkham, mad because arkham has shut down. i dunno thats my guess

And I think Allison fits my image of Harley quite well;
She shouldn't be a cliche psychopath, she should be a really cute and mousy girl who falls in love with the Joker. She is so taken by him that he warps her sense of morality, she begins to think that working for the Joker isn't evil, and she even ignores the fact that he abuses her a little. Eventualy she is rehabilitated (Slightly) when Ivy sees herself in Harley and decides to help her.

Actually, I see her in a jester suit without the make-up and head piece, much like the top photo.
I see her as a slave to the Joker, who dresses her up like a jester and has her do all the dirty work; but she dosen't mind because she's smitten with him.
And the suit looks great, I mean just look at the photo.
