who would win in a fight?
1 batman vs green lantern
2 batman vs superman
3 batman vs flash
4 batman daredevil
5 batman vs punisher
in my opinion 1-batman 2-superman 3-batman 4-very veeeery difficult! i'd say tie
5-batman anyone got any thoughts as to who and why?

Well...Bats usually beats Superman..until the recent beating but then he didn't see it coming. Daredevil and Bats.....Bats!...Batman and Punisher....Bats! I'd say Flash might be hard just because of the speed factor...Like what he did in the end of the Cadmus arc of JLU....WOW!! GL I think would be the hardest...unless the ring needed a power up. Then....Bats!

In the late '90s, there was a Wizard Special all about the JLA. There was actually an piece on how Batman could take out all the members of the team in case of emergency. Some of them were a little strange (throwing Aquaman in piranhas?), but it was pretty cool to think about. Maybe I'll scan it and put it in the Media - Magazines section. It's actually got a 'Readable Articles' section of scans.

I think it depends partially on whether he knew the fight was coming or not. Like Kieralinn said, the only reason he lost so badly to Superman was because he was blindsided. Of course, if Superman really loses control, I doubt there is really anything that could stop him.
For the others...probably Batman for the most part. He usually has something ready to counter any and all of the members of the JL, and in the Batman/Marvel crossovers I've read it, the heroes like Daredevil and Spiderman generally showed respect for Batman. Bats did get to show off a little in the DD book, recognizing that he was blind almost immediately. |

Batman is still only a human with no special powers.
Batman takes down Green Lantern by taking away his ring.
Batman beats Superman, but only with Kyrptonite, which Batman has stashed away just in case.
Batman loses to Flash unless he can disable his speed in some way.
Batman takes down Daredevil with little or no trouble at all.
Batman takes down Punisher who depends largely on guns for defense.
Batman is a tactical fighter. If he knows he has to go head to head with somebody he studies them, finds a weakness and exploits it. Going up against other superheroes with super powers is hard, but in most cases I think Batman can beat them, or at least stand his ground.

i dont know, dont sound so certain about batman winning against dardevil, i have a comic with both of them and it ends up on a draw

There were two Batman/Daredevil crossover, and it seems pretty certain that Batman is the better fighter of the two. In one, they didn't really fight, but in the other one, it looks like things would have gone Batman's way. Al, he has to do is throw a few batarangs to confuse DD's radar sense, then take him out in 1 or 2 blows, which he is fully capable of.
Batman clearly demonstrated his superiority over the Punisher in their second crossover.

please! punisher against batman? punisher is just another goon with guns which batman takes out everyday. but my concerns are with flash and daredevil. i think it would be pretty hard to beat flash, he couldnt hit him with anything cuz he'd dodge so fast, and a punch to your face at like 100 MHP is certainly devastating. sometimes i think people underestimate flash. And dardevil i think would be tough too cuz he can sense motion in a persons body therefore allowing him to block batmans kicks and punches

FACE TO FACE, BASIC WHO WOULD WIN OR LOSE:
1 batman vs green lantern- Batman
2 batman vs superman- Superman
3 batman vs flash- Flash
4 batman daredevil- Batman (very difficult for him though)
5 batman vs punisher (Draw)
STORYWISE:
1 batman vs green lantern- Batman
2 batman vs superman- Batman
3 batman vs flash- Batman
4 batman daredevil- Batman
5 batman vs punisher- Batman (With great difficulty)
Batman being the detective that he is researches his oponent and has the greatest skills to do so. I think that his toughest fights would be between Superman and the Punisher. The punisher to me is the Batman of Marvel comics...He has like the darkest past that gives way to his motives and they are both very very specially trained in a way it makes them more than just an ordinary mortal. The Punisher was a soldier, was in special forces, crapload of military training (even CTU). But in one of the comics Batman did however beat the punisher.

i think it cud go either way with anyone. it depends on how u want it. and for me...i wud say batman wud beat all of them. lol.

you guys seem pretty confidant that batman could wreck GL but i dont know guys. There arent really many weaknesses batman could explore when it comes down to GL. I can only think of two
1) The ring runs on willpower, so batman could do the same thing deathstroke did to GL in identity crisis, grab his hands, and break his fingers one by one breaking his will. But certainly Gl would be cautious of not taking the whooping he took from deathstroke again and stick to the skies, partially eliminating that weakness.
2) and two batman could devise some sort of yellow suit to keep himself protected from the ring. BUT kyle rayners ring does not have the yellow impurity in it, so he would whoop batman yellow suit or no yellow suit. if hes fighting kyle the suit wont work. but if against john stewart it would work. But the comics say his ring cannot interact with yellow, they never said john couldnt just use his ring to lift up a tree and bash batman in the skull with it. so even with the suit GL could stick to the skies and chuck hard and heavy projectiles at bats, so things are looking rather grim for batman....
