It's pretty sad how valid some of those points are in the Marvel/DC videos, like the lack of DC movies in or near production, and making Superman an illegitimate father. Still good videos, though. |

hahahah!!! but you know what? i don't care. most of the marvel movies aren't too great anyways. DC got batman begins, constantine, v for vendetta, and superman returns so far...am i correct? i'd say those movies are a lot better than say hulk or fantastic 4. not to mention DC's awesome cartoons...wait, that's just batman. lol. everyone loves batman.

You forgot Catwoman.
But I think Marvel dominates movie wise. Put aside Hulk, Elektra, and Fantastic Four, you have pretty good movies like Blade, Spider-Man, X-Men, Punisher, Daredevil (I liked it), and the upcoming Iron Man. |

The sheer number of Marvel movies being popped out covers the fact that a few of them are not quality movies. With DC however, the 1 movie every few years means terrible movies (Catwoman - which should barely count, because they completely changed and ruined the character) stand out more.
And I don't mind Spidey's point that DC movies are aimed more at your fangirl and boy as opposed to the everyday movie-goer. You can have intelligent conversations with strangers that way. It happened to me at the Superman Returns showing I went to. |

i think marvel has characters that are more interesting to bring into movie than DC. Basically the only hero i want to see that dc hasnt done yet is WW.i dont want a jla movie,i know for a fact that it will be crap,marvel heroes are better in the movie verse because they have cool powers(xmen,spiderman,fantastic four etc) and their characters stand out more while dc has mainly only 3 that stand out from the rest,not that i wouldnt mind more dc movies,its just marvel movies are so much more exiting! unless its batman,no one can beat him

Ok.. first.. you don't know for FACT that a Justice LEague movie will be crap.. you think it might be because of the movies DC's produced latley.
Second.. for pretty much every super powered Marvel character there is a counterpart in the DCU.
As for no one intresting.. there are plenty, Captian Marvel is one. Green Arrow, Green Lantern, even a cool Hawkman/girl story. If you have the right writer's and story tellers, any movie will be great.

Well I agree with the last sentence at least.
What about Superman?? You had Brandon Routh IS Superman as your signature for months! Before that deadlink to YouTube! Was that a crap film??
How can you think that Superman Returns is so good, and also that Batman Begins is the best Superhero film ever (I'm taking that as a given), yet a JL film would be crap? (can we say crap on BYTB Chris?). I can't work that out. It might be, but it simply CANNOT be worse than the FF film! |

Exactly. I'd love to see a good Green Lantern movie.
I think it'd be very hard to do a bad JLA movie. The characters involved almost makes it impossible. With the time it has and will continue to take to produce the film, the end product could very easily end up being one of DC's best films ever. |

well i for one, think dc has the more interesting characters. dc has its fair share of realistic, unrealistic, and humorous characters. i'd love to see movies of green arrow, flash, green lantern, booster gold, blue beetle, martian manhunter....the list goes on, haha.
wow, we've strayed so far away from spider-man 3. i hear so many people saying pete goes emo, but i don't think he ever did. he was as cocky as ever when he had the symbiote on him. he was only emo in look i guess...i mean he danced in the streets thinking he was a pimp or something.

Blimey, I didnt know that Sony had confirmed there will be another 3 Spidey films!
I've read/heard the talk about no.4 - but the extra movies were news to me (now watch Beyond tell me it's already on BYTB!  )
