This month, on the 12th, marks the 40th Annivisary of BATMAN: The Series!

my favorite villian (just on the show guys) was the penquin.

ya my fav part was i n the movie where the shark bites batmans leg and batman puts some sprey in its face

Beyond and I started (finally) filling in info for all of the hundreds of Batman episodes in the Episodes menu, with some help of TV.com. We still have the 3rd Season to fill out, but while doing the others, I came across some hilarious quotes from the ol' series. Most made me laugh out loud to be honest. He's some of my favorites...
Robin: Prepare yourself for an eggspeditious defeat!
Batman: Very apt, Robin.
Robin: Oh. Glad you liked it.
Robin: Holy Metronome! What a fate--punched into player-piano rolls!
Batman: True, Robin, scarcely an end I'd rather anticipate! Life--a cupful of surprises to the last drop!
Robin: Gosh Batman, dig those flavors; Lemon-Lime, Orange, Raspberry, Pineapple...
Mr. Freeze: Pick your choice, Boy Wonder!
Robin: But he knows that we know about his hideout there!
Batman: Correct! However, knowing that, he'd think that we'd think he would not return there, therefore he did and so will we!
Batman: Only The Riddler and his ilk would have such a flagrant disregard for private property! This door will have to be repaired.

My favourite villain has to be False Face. 
He was actually quite scary and it's interesting to note that his name wasn't actually in the credits. They put a question mark where his name was supposed to be.

I love the first episode, Batman goes into an over 21 (maybe 18) disco. Walks up to the bar and orders a large fresh squeezed orange juice. Great Riddler episode.
I thought the Riddler was probably the best protrayed villain of the all. It was so over the top, but fit so well into the show. Man I wish they would put this out on DVD, or at least bring it back to TV Land.
