i was just wondering why is Nightwing in new york, i noticed he was in new york when i reading one of my Superman books, i always thought Nightwing worked in Bludhaven, thanks

hmmm, I dont know why its New York in particular but I know why its not Gotham. The whole point of Dick Grayson wanting to be Nightwing is that he wanted to break away from Batmans shadow and work on his own, sort of be his own Batman and not a sidekick anymore which are all facts I`m sure you already knew. My guess about New York would be that its the non-fiction version of gotham and I guess writers just wanted to use the next best closest city compared to gotham and theres crime and corruption in it just as well and having said that why not tampa? san fran? chicago? etc?

Well, my first response that becaudr BruceJones is not all that good a writer (see this thread for a few specifics on Nightwing OYL).
He left to travel the world at the end of th Infinite Crisis. I would guess that since Bludhaven was under Government control after the Chemo incident, he decided to move to NY.

yeah ................its a shame i liked that city....reminded me of a gotham only mabey a bit worse.......oh and i think metroppolas is more like ny than gotham
