The Sandman, i wonder how Spiderman Beats him, and it also going to be great to see how Peter gets rid of The Black Costume
those scenes were shown in the trailer
to beat the sandman he uses water
and to get rid of the costume he uses a church's bells, why?, cause the venom symbiote is sensible to high sounds

I'm curious as to how they're going to show how the symbiote got to earth. Most likely through a space expedition.
The effects for Sandman were awesome, especially when Spidey tried to punch him and it went right through.
I can't wait! |

That was awesome. I really can't wait for this to come out.
I am a little concerned because it looks like there may be too many plots happening in the movie. I hope that everything manages to fit in.
Look at what that trailer shows: Sandman being Ben Parker's killer. Harry becoming the Goblin (remember that Harry became the Green Goblin in the comics, Hobgoblin was someone else). Peter's proposal to Mary Jane. The symbiote suit. Eddie Brock becoming Venom.
The scary thing is that the last comic movie with that many villains and plot threads that I saw was Batman and Robin.

Remember: there are four villians in this movie. Sandman, Green Goblin II (Harry), Venom, and a secret villian.

remember that Harry became the Green Goblin in the comics, Hobgoblin was someone else).
Yeah Harry did became green goblinII, but in the ultimate imprints he became the hobgoblin, but in the movie he wud be goblin not green or hob, just goblin
Remember: there are four villians in this movie. Sandman, Green Goblin II (Harry), Venom, and a secret villian.
Not so secret the fourth villain is Mysterio, i think with three villains its enogh unless they are doing the Sinsiter Six, there are too many plots, i hope it wont be like a time bomb schumacher's style

I've not been a huge fan of the 1st 2 films (don't get me wrong - they're ok). The trailer looked good - but there was a lot going on, and some of the scenes looked really computer generated (and I do think some of the scenes from 1 & 2 looked more like a video game than a movie).
What I hope this film does more than anything else is generate enough Spidey interest that Marvel finally see sense and give their 90s animated series the respect it deserves. Please can we have season box-sets!!?
Although based on fact numbers movies 1 & 2 didn't achieve this - just 3 or 4 episode DVDs - I suspect it's wishful thinking.
Such is life......... |

That's a great point. With so many things going on it might end up hard to follow. Still the Trailer looked awesome.

... Hard to follow? They had a good amount of sub-plots going on, but by no means did it ever look like it would be hard to follow, or at least it will be easy for me to follow.
from the looks of it there are the following plots. They may spoil a few things, but they are all revealed in the current trailers.
1. The public's opinion on Spidey, and the way Brock reports him in the papers.
2. Peter and MJ's relationship.
3. Harry's struggle for revenge.
4. Peter's simliar struggle against Sandman.
5. The way the suit effect's Spidey.
I'm sure there is going to be more than that, and I'm aware that there is a list of spoilers on the web; but I will wait til I see the movie to know such things.

its not so much as it will be HARD TO FOLLOW, Razhwurz as it would be hard to see if ALL the sub-plots would be fleshed out evenly. Some of the sub-plots could not be fleshed out too well and leave fans wanting more. We'll have to wait and see though. The trailer looks awesome however

About Hasbro Action Figures; At Comic-Con Hasbro unveiled their Spider-man 1 Spidey and Green Goblin Figures and Spider-man 2 Spidey and Doc Ock Figures, all four looked like the Toy-Biz figures on a slightly smaller scale. They also unveiled their X-3 Phoenix Figure, and it was pretty much a Famke Jannsen that can fit in the palm of your hand.
So they've got the abilty to make figures with high articulation, and to make figures that have excelent likenesses; so it looks promising.

I'm sorry Beyond, but I don't understand your post.
If you're refering to the hords of Batman repaints, don't worry; almost every one of Hasbro's Marvel figures shown at SDCC has a good sculpt.
