It looks pretty good. Better than the usual Marvel animation.

The Ultimates. Its one of the best comics being published today (when it comes out). You probably have Volume 1: "Superhuman". I'd recommend getting the second ("Homeland Security" . After the first thirteen issues, the series restarts with a new number one as "Ultimates 2" (the book reads like a movie, so its like a sequel). So far one trade of that has been released ("Gods and Monsters" of Ultimates 2, and we're up to issue 9. 10 is coming out in a few weeks (hopefully).
Its a great mixture of action and politics. The movie is going to be more of "Kiddie" ized version of the story. Less violent, less political, less deep. But it may still be entertaining.

i wanna watch it so bad. its driving me nuts. its probably the only animated movie that is directly related to the comics. but does that make it good? who knows...ill only know until i see it. but as of now, batman beyond return of the joker is the best animated movie for me.

it was pretty good. animation was impressive, but JLU still beats it. this were choppy at some scenes.
it definetely felt more like a movie than any of the batman dtvs. but the story was pretty lame. aliens inhabit earth for over 60 years, but it takes hulk and the others to take them out like in 10 minutes. n then hulk goes out of control n destroys everything. just like that, hulk becomes the problem and the aliens didnt matter anymore. things were too rushed.
but even though the story was a little rushed, it was still awesome to see ironman and captain america in modern animation.
now all we have to see is ultimate spiderman or x-men; i wud LOVE that sooo much.
