yeah I think they should just stick with the batman beyond we have now... i'd be ok if they hinted at it but i doubt it'll happen.
HOPEFULLY teletoon will have the new season up.. I still havent seen season 3 lol so I'm pretty far behind

Mark Hamill, widely known as The Joker from Batman: The Animated Series, will voice the role of Tony Zucco in the upcoming season of The Batman. Zucco will be responsible for the death of Dick Grayson's parents, who will also grow up to become the famed Boy Wonder, Robin. Kevin Conroy, voice of Batman in a host of animated DC programming, will play the role of Dick Grayson's father. Looks like the Joker will, somewhat, finally get what he wants.

From Comics Continuum:
The Batman will kick off with "A Matter of Family" on Sept. 23, followed by "Team Penguin" on Sept. 30.
So the Robin origin WILL BE one episode, which many of us thought would be, and we'll get Penguin's Injustice Society already in the second Season 4 episode.

Umm, you do know we knew he was coming since he begins the Injustice Society. You shouldn't complain...now. Later on in the season, ok.

by looking at the commercials and stuff, the show still looks fairly kiddy. i'm fine with that and have been fine, but just to let u know...batman acts as a dad to batgirl and robin; and batgirl and robin are like siblings. (ex..batman: stop arguing or no bat-gadgets!)...lol.

This is what "Team Penguin" is all about:
After countless humiliations at the hands of the Batman, Penguin realizes that while he may not be able to take down the Dark Knight alone an all-star team of Gotham's most dangerous villains might just do the trick. While trying to stop this powerful force Batman must deal with team building issues of his own as Batgirl and Robin meet for the first time.

Well, you'd still think his development into Robin would take a few episodes after the murder of his parents but maybe not. Unless they jump ahead a few months or a year within one episode, it'd be a little wierd to seem him in the Robin costume by the end of just one.

hey, new to this board. Been watching the batman since the beginning. Saw the season 4 preview and thought it looked awsome. Like the look of robin more in this then the other cartoon. Also liked the reference to the dark night returns book. Also like the new spin that is put on the characters and the design of them.

UPDATE:
I'm went on world's finest website and they listed three other episodes of season 4:
46 (Episode 7 of S4) - Artifacts
47 (Episode 8) - Two of a Kind
49 (Episode 10) - Riddler's Revenge
The Riddler must be the one with his origin, and I believe Two of a Kind is Harley, but I DO KNOW that Artifacts s the DKR.

One Thousand years? Looks like Dark Knight Returns is going to be a flash-back from the future, or our heroes have a long life span. I wonder how thet're gonna do that one.
