The Order of Cain is trying to seduce the Chairman of the Joint Chief's Advisor, Colonel Casucci into joinging them. They bring the Colonel to a brothel in Chevy Chase, Maryland named the Convent. Unbeknownst to them however, the Colonel is being followed by The Question. As part of her undercover work, Renée visits one of the women in the house, Elicia. However, nothing intimate ever happens. This displeases the madam of the house, who orders Elicia to do her job. That night, Renée realizes that Elicia’s orders are due to an initiation taking place.
Later, The Question investigates the house and finds the Colonel about to kill one of the girls to anoint himself in the name of Cain. The Question breaks up the ritual and saves the Colonel and many of the women inside before she burns down the house.
