PLOT:
Jimmy Olsen has a vision of the dead Lightray who tells him to open his eyes. Jimmy finds himself on the Source Wall before waking up. He wonders what is happening to him.

Holly Robinson arrives in Metropolis on the run from the Gotham police. She resists the temptation to call anyone for help.

Mary Marvel tries to convince Black Adam there is still hope for him but he believes there is none. He calls down the lightning using his new magic word 'sorry' and transfers his powers to Mary. She now has a black costume similar to his old one. He reverts back to Teth Adam and leaves her with his powers.

The Monitors take a vote on how to deal with the many anomalies occuring in the multiverse and people appearing on the wrong Earth. They overwhelmingly vote to take aggressive action to erase the anomalies.

Pied Piper and Trickster talk about why they have rejoined the Rogues. Trickster was bored of his FBI job and thinks the Rogues actions are harmless. Piper is lonely with the disappearance of Wally West and wants to be around other people.

In Washington, D.C. the Amazons are attacking.

NOTE:
Two page end of issue story entitled, "History of the Multiverse, Chapter 3" in which the Monitors continue their look at the multiverse, including the first meeting with The Crime Syndicate of America through the battle with the Anti-Matter Man.
